Job Description
Summary:
The Stakeholder Officer will work closely with the Strategic Stakeholder Relations Manager to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the emergency medical services sector in the Northern Emirates. This includes identifying and addressing stakeholder needs, ensuring the organization fulfills its commitments, and meeting the organization's requirements from stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of National Ambulance in stakeholder engagements.
- Commute across the Northern Emirates for business purposes.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and stakeholders, coordinating feedback and solutions.
- Manage stakeholder complaints effectively.
- Coordinate the organization’s participation in Mass Casualty Incidents, Tabletop Exercises (TTX), and Workshops.
- Maintain records of stakeholder meetings.
- Provide support for the Ambulance Communications Center during major incidents and crisis.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of daily operations.
- Acquire knowledge of the National Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/ Bachelor with previous experience in stakeholder management or a related field such as protocol or government relations.
- Valid driving license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with the ability to converse in English.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in record-keeping and documentation.
- Knowledge of emergency medical services and incident response planning.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to resolving issues.
