Abu Dhabi, 8 August 2021: A delegation from the Ministry of Interior’s Directorate of Central Operations recently visited National Ambulance Headquarters headed by Col. Suliman Al Rashod, Department Head of Evaluation and Readiness. As part of the visit, the delegation was briefed on National Ambulance’s operations and emergency readiness plans in addition to the latest technology and the emergency medical best practices implemented at National Ambulance. The delegation was received by Ahmed Al Hajeri, CEO of National Ambulance and a number of National Ambulance Managers.
The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the readiness plans that National Ambulance has in place for dealing with Mass Causality Incidents as a supporting agency to the MoI which involves the activation process, response process and ensuring business continuity during disasters and emergencies.
